SMALL BUSINESS STATEMENT

Concerning state sales taxes:

Kipsworld meets the definition of a small business as outlined in the law at the center of the Supreme Court's recent Wayfair vs South Dakota decision. As such, we are not required to collect or remit sales taxes in any state other than Arizona at present. This may change in the future as the regulations surrounding sales taxes are refined and clarified and the company grows.
